This honor acknowledges Her Royal Highness’s longstanding dedication and visionary leadership in strengthening Thailand’s national metrology infrastructure. In particular, it recognizes Her support for the development of optical atomic clocks, quantum-based measurement standards, and other cutting-edge research initiatives that underpin the nation’s measurement standards.
